Sharing the Blog Love – Showcase 33

A big welcome to our weekly #SharingtheBlogLove Blogger Showcase!

If you’re new to #SharingtheBlogLove, these are mine and Laura’s favourite posts from last week’s linky. As part of the linky we’d like you to choose one post from each showcase post to head over and leave a comment to show them some extra blog love. It’s always lovely to take a look at our featured posts this week and see how many extra comments they’ve had from you guys!

Mudpie Fridays

I always love Clare’s sensory play ideas and these little DIY sensory pat bags are so cute! Aside from some laminating pouches, it’s all stuff you’ll have lying around at home so no big outlay, and they sound lovely and straightforward to make. Max was never into messy sensory activities, but I think even he would have loved these – there’s no mess as everything stays in the bag!

Mrs Mummy Harris

It feels like there’s something in the air lately with so many bloggers complaining of being in a bit of a rut. I blame it on the new year, with so many goals and expectations and then finding it hard to live up to those. But if you’ve been feeling like that (and I know I have), head over and have a read of How to Beat the Blogging Blues. It’s a great post with a few quick and easy ideas for dragging yourself out of that blogging slump.

Talking Mums

Next week is pancake day! One of the most exciting days of the year in my book – I love a good pancake and my husband makes a great one. I like to keep mine simple with just lemon and sugar or a drizzle of golden syrup, but if you’re a bit more adventurous, check out these ideas from Talking Mums – quick and easy recipes for pancakes.

Twin Pickle

I love Katherine’s writing – it always puts a smile on my face! And I love her take on large families – How Many Kids is Too Many? When you’ve already had the surprise twins as number two and three, making the leap to four must seem huge! I know for us it was a struggle to decide to have a second, and I loved the little quiz at the end – turns out I am definitely not cut out for a large family! Are you done having kids, or do you feel that pull to go for another?

Did you catch any of these last time? If not, please head over and give them a read and a comment!
