Email Mailing List
Hot Pink Wellingtons maintains an email mailing list of those who opt-in to subscribe via a third-party server (Mailchimp). These emails are used to email blog newsletters, occasional updates, and promotional content. You are free to unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of your newsletter emails. Your email will never be passed on to third parties by Hot Pink Wellingtons, with the exception of competition winners, as outlined below.
Your details will only be passed on if you are the winner of a giveaway hosted on the website, and your permission will be asked for before this happens. Permission will be requested via email when you are notified of your competition win, and your details will be received and passed on via email, only to the brand for which Hot Pink Wellingtons is hosting the giveaway or competition. Once a period of one month has elapsed, your details and giveaway email notifications will be deleted from my personal email account. Hot Pink Wellingtons is not responsible for your details held by the brand once they have been passed on.
Comments
I love to receive comments on hotpinkwellingtons.co.uk. When you leave a comment on my website, the information collected, which may include names, email addresses and/or website URLs, will not be added to my mailing list, nor will it ever be passed on or shared with third parties.
Comments are hosted through Disqus. Disqus offers a strong Do Not Track (DNT) framework. Content Delivery Network
I use Cloudflare to provide web optimisation and security services which improve the performance and protect my website.
CloudFlare collect information when you use my website. This information may include but is not limited to IP addresses, system configuration information, and other information about traffic to and from my website (collectively, “Log Data”). Cloudflare collect and use Log Data to operate, maintain, and improve their Service. For example, Log Data can help to detect new threats, identify malicious third parties, and provide more robust security protection for my website.
