As soon as I saw this photo I knew it had to be this week’s Living Arrows shot! Max is often a bit cautious about things – I rarely need to worry about him getting too close to water, climbing things, or jumping off of things which are too high. So I was really surprised when he decided his new favourite thing was jumping off of tree stumps in the park – some of them were pretty high up!

I love this photo of him just after he’d jumped from one – it’s such a look of triumph! The big smile, the clenched fists, everything about it just says “YESSSSSS!”

    This picture is amazing!!! So many emotions going on. Absolute pure joy from his face. It’s wonderful! My two eldest are both really cautious which I’m surprised about because I’m not a ‘helicopter’ parent at all. It’s just in their personality! #LivingArrows

    This is so lovely, Eva is just the same she is the one I depend on and is sensible but it makes the moments of pure joy so much more precious x
