Living Arrows 41/52

You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth

– Kahlil Gibran

Wearing wellies and jumping in puddles is one of those quintessential childhood activities, isn’t it. Just look at Peppa Pig! But for so long, Max has missed out on that joy, as he has adamantly refused to wear wellies. It’s taken until the age of 3.5 for him to experience this and I’m so pleased that he’s finally enjoying it! We had a short break in Cornwall recently, which I plan to write all about this week, but for now, here is a snapshot of Max’s very first puddle jump!

Aww bless him! I love how his wellies are coordinating with his top x #Living Arrows

  • Ah, glad he’s started to enjoy it. N loved wellies, but in the past he always looked at me as though to say ‘why do you want me to get wet?’. Funny kids

This is a lovely photo. I love that he’s having fun splashing about and those doors are bright and colourful in contrast. #LivingArrows

The colours in your photo are just beautiful – and he is clearly having a great time! x
