Welcome back to #SharingtheBlogLove! I hope you enjoyed last week’s linky and it’s lovely to see you back again this week!
If you’re new to #SharingtheBlogLove, these are mine and Laura’s favourite posts from last week’s linky. As part of the linky we’d like you to choose one post from each showcase post (one from mine and one from Laura’s) to head over to and leave a comment to show them some extra blog love. It’s always lovely to take a look at our featured posts this week and see how many extra comments they’ve had from you guys!
Freddie’s Mummy
I have a blogging confession to make: I don’t really use Pinterest for my blog at all. I love Pinterest for my own personal projects, but I’ve always felt that my kind of content wasn’t what people wanted on Pinterest. But I keep hearing more and more about how people are seeing lots of traffic from Pinterest and it’s something that I think I really need to get on board with now. I really enjoyed this post on How to Grow Pinterest, and it clearly outlines how to use things like Tailwind and Tribes for great results. I know I’m not alone in not getting my head around Pinterest, so I’m sure this will prove useful for lots of you.
The Queen of Collage
Do you grow anything in the garden with your children? We’ve planted potatoes this year and Max has been insistent on checking on them every single day, which does make me think we should have also planted something which grew more quickly to satisfy him! Cress is the perfect quick growing choice, and I really enjoyed this post on growing it. Especially because I would absolutely expect my fussy eater to turn his nose up at cress, but after reading this, perhaps I should give him the chance!
Amie Katie
I’m instantly drawn to any post on sleep deprivation at the moment - I’m still right in the thick of that stage with Ben, so the subject is a source of endless fascination for me. This post on 5 Ways To Cope With Sleep Deprivation spoke directly to me - with the biggest one being “it’s not a competition”. The number of arguments my husband and I have had over who has had more / less sleep is ridiculous!
Simple Nature Decor
I love an outdoor chandelier - it’s something I’ve seen on Pinterest a lot, but I’d never have known how to go about making one. I loved this tutorial which makes it really straightforward and looks beautiful to boot! I can just see one hanging on our pergola this summer.
Did you catch any of these last time? If not, please head over and give them a read and a comment.
